I know it's been awhile.... we have been dancing away the winter in our Washington, PA studio and looking forward to upcoming performances.
Most recently, we got the opportunity to travel to Kansas City, Missouri to take part in ATS® reunion. Just an amazing experience, from teachers to shows and shopping, I highly recommend it. For me, the best part was at the end, an hour of Dancing in Flow® with Carolena. An opportunity to just dance, bliss out and lose yourself in the movement and music.
